POSTER SESSION

General information

The poster session will give participants the opportunity to present and share their work during the conference.

The posters are expected to remain on display on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 January 2027, from 11:00 to 12:00. Further details on the organisation of the session and the presentation of the posters will be announced later.

At least one author of each poster must be registered for the conference.

Submission of proposals

The submission period for poster proposals will open when registration opens and will remain open until 27 October 2026.

To prepare your proposal, please use the official template available on this page.

The ZIP file includes the PropuestaPoster.tex template, the cjirsme2027.cls class file and the required graphic resources. Please do not modify the .cls file.

The proposal must include:

  • poster title;
  • author or authors;
  • an abstract of no more than 15 lines;
  • between 3 and 5 keywords.

Once the template has been completed, the corresponding PDF file must be generated.

IMPORTANT

The PDF file of the proposal must not be sent by email. It must be uploaded in the corresponding section during the conference registration process.

Evaluation of proposals

The proposals received will be evaluated by the conference Scientific Committee. The selection will take into account the scientific quality, interest and timeliness of the topic.

For scheduling, organisational or space-availability reasons, the Committee may make adjustments to the allocation of the presentation session.
