Call for Parallel Sessions
Those interested in organizing a parallel session are invited to submit their proposal according to the deadlines indicated below. The Scientific Committee will evaluate the received proposals and decide which ones will ultimately take place at the conference.

Notification of acceptance.
Guidelines and Requirements
Submission format: Proposals must be sent in PDF format to jovenesrsme27@unizar.es within the indicated deadline. Using the LaTeX template downloadable below is mandatory.
Organization: A maximum of three organizers (preferably from different affiliations). It must be indicated who will act as the contact person. Efforts should be made to ensure that at least one of the organizers is an RSME member.
Presentations: A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 13 talks (the Scientific Committee reserves the right, under exceptional circumstances, to accept proposals that do not meet these numbers, as well as to suggest merging sessions). Maximum of 30 minutes per talk (including 5 min. for questions).
Speakers: Efforts should be made to ensure gender and geographical diversity. All speakers must register for the conference within the established deadlines.
What should the proposal include?
- Session title
- Organizers' details (name, affiliation, and email)
- Brief description of the session (maximum 20 lines)
- Between 3 and 5 keywords
- Tentative list of speakers
